Thank you for shopping with Diane's Shop! Here's everything you need to know about getting your handmade order to your door.
Processing Time All items are handmade with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only. A flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies to all orders. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days via standard carrier.
Order Cutoff Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
